Wayne Art Center Plein Air Festival 5/6-5/30: Featuring 33 nationally distinguished artists who will create over 250 local landscapes that will later be available for purchase.

Devon Horse Show & Country Fair 5/24-6/3: Since 1896, the Devon Horse show is both the largest and oldest multi-breed horse competition in the United States. The Country Fair was established in 1919 as the philanthropic arm of the organization to raise money for Bryn Mawr hospital while providing the community with fun family activities.

Go hiking in Valley Forge Park: Enjoy the beautiful outdoors in the historic valley forge park. You can rent bicycles, enjoy a trolley ride, and so much more. The park has endless history and beautiful scenery.

Linvilla Orchards Strawberry Festival 6/2 : Walk amongst the acres of strawberry fields and pick your own delicious and fresh strawberries. The Linvilla Bakery presents the largest strawberry shortcake at 11am. Strawberry picking starts at 8am.

Victory Brewing Block Party 6/3: Enjoy food trucks, a beer garden, live music, and many activities at the Block party in Kennett Square.

Go Horseback riding through Marsh Creek State ParkEnjoy 11.5 miles of trails, Hope Springs Farm offers horseback riding lessons, boarding, and trail riding.

Chester County Mac & Cheese Festival: Enjoy Mac and cheese from local restaurants, businesses, and neighborhood cooks that are competing for the best Mac & Cheese title. Also for guests over the age of 21 enjoy the La Cabra Brewing Beer Garden. The event starts at 12pm and voting ends at 3pm. Tickets are $10.00 and the event is on June 9, 2019 at Park Lane & Pennsylvania Ave in Downingtown, PA.

Longwood Gardens Festival of Fountains: From May 9-September 29 explore 3 miles of walking trails winding through the ever changing scenery gardens, also enjoy the starlit beer garden.

Phoenixville Food Truck Festival 5/4: Over 30 food trucks will fill the streets of Phoenixville with globally inspired foods, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the city-style eating in the suburbs. Both city-based and local trucks & vendors participate in this event.
