The best!!! Mary was our realtor this past summer for the process of selling our home. First, she met with us for a very helpful introductory meeting, which included discussing market trends, establishing a selling price, and deciding on staging options. After listing, Mary found multiple buyers within a few days and we sold over asking. Mary created a seamless and quick selling process which greatly reduced the stress normally associated with selling a home. She can provide a long list of reliable lenders, title companies, and appraisers who are local so that you don’t have to depend on random internet searches to find someone. She provided weekly marketing updates and was always available via phone, text, or email. Finally, Mary strongly advocated on our behalf to ensure that all parties involved met our expectations. Mary was a life saver for us! Our home selling experience started with another agent in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. The original agent spent 3 weeks and could not get us a single serious interest in our house that we lived in for 18 years and invested heavily to upkeep it. Towards the 3rd week we realized something was not right. We miraculously found Marry and contacted her the next day. Our first meeting with Mary was so eye opening that we immediately de-listed our house and engaged with Marry. So here is the difference in service. A day after we engaged Marry and the house had not even gone live yet, she had already lined up an interested party for us. In the next 5 days before the house actually went live on MLS, she had already shown the house to few people and once the house went live we had 3 people interested on the 4th night in the house. On the 5th night, we got an offer and the house was sold!!! Mary was a god-send for us. She has the perfect marketing machine and she uses all avenues to get houses marketed and generate interest in record time. Mary is an immensely skillful seller and understands her market with tremendous depth. She was very realistic in helping us do the right market analysis to suggest a price that would generate interest. She was a master negotiator and helped us get the right price and made the process very simple for us. There really is something about Mary! We engaged Mary as our realtor in February 2020 based upon a close friend's recommendation. Little did we suspect that within weeks the coronavirus panic would begin, locking down our travel and Mary's sophisticated marketing activities due to state policies. But Mary came through! Quickly adapting to the new situation, Mary constantly brainstormed with us about our selling strategy, what marketing activities she could sustain within the new rules, and how to do everything from private owner-managed showings, to home inspections and mitigations, to remote closings without our presence. Her regular Monday morning updates kept us abreast of all the changes underway, how we could maximize our opportunities, and understanding the unprecedented new rules under which she and the entire home realty industry were operating. A very happy and quick sale was reached--the fifth time we have bought/sold a home, and Mary made this experience the best of all! Mary worked hard to get our house ready for sale and bring buyers thru the door, even in the slowest time, the summer vacation time. She communicated with us faithfully every Monday and went to the township on our behalf to get more information for us on the septic hookup. She also called our contractors who wrote reports about the house in order to assist us in getting the house prepared for sale. Mary is an outstanding realtor.

Mary Byrnes was my Real Estate Agent. Mary listed my house. Advised me of the things I should to to increase the value of my home.
