Four Seasons is not a place for weekly rentals, this community is comprised mostly of homeowners who have made this their primary or secondary home.  Very few rental opportunities exist here because it is such a great place to live all year round.

Washer & dryer are located inside this condo, but there is an additional laundry room attached to the building with a storage closet that is accessible as well.  The condo sleeps 6 with 2 sofa beds.  The one in the living room is an upgraded maximum quality bed meant for daily sleeping,  There’s a king size bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom for guests.

Bamboo hardwood floors through the LR, hallway & 2 bedrooms.  Newer windows & doors throughout.  The 2nd bedroom which is currently being used as a den, has a sliding glass doors to a nice sized patio for morning sunrises.  Parking is in the rear so you can park right outside of your place and walk in the rear sliding glass doors if you don’t want to park in front.  Large bike rack in rear and lots of off street parking.
